Following in the footsteps of other failed movie documentaries, such as Jodorowsky's Dune, The Death of "Superman Lives": What Happened?, and Doomed: The Untold Story of Roger Corman's The Fantastic Four, there is a new doc chronicling the cancelled George Miller (Mad Max series, Happy Feet) Justice League film.
It will be tentatively titled Miller's Justice League Mortal and will be directed by Ryan Unicomb (Gifted). He already has private investors lined up and will gauge fan interest to possibly in the future start a crowdfunding campaign. Unicomb sited some of the movies I listed as similar ventures who success shows his concept can work.
Since the film hasn't even been started yet, it may be awhile before we see this film if ever. But with Mad Max: Fury Road getting so much money and acclaim coupled with how hot superhero properties are these days I think we have a good shot of this seeing the light of day and being successful.
